Hydraulic shovel training

Duration: adapted to your needs

This training is divided in three parts:

Individual or small group theory
  • Construction field safety
  • Mechanic and basic maintenance notions
  • Hydraulic system
  • Engine starting and shutdown
  • The workplan
Individual or small group practice section
  • Presentation of the power shovel and its components
  • Examination and maintenance of the shovel
  • Engine starting and shutdown and parking of the shovel
  • Planning the work
  • Following the levels
  • Movements (1,2,3,4 actions)
  • Flow distribution
  • Working with a transit
  • Ditching, trenching, and cellar digging

Other possible units to the training:

  • Moving the shovel with 360 degrees traction
  • Object manipulation and installation
  • Digging and mass transfer
  • Vertical stacking
  • Reverse grading
  • Digging a shallow well
  • Working downward

Backhoe training

Duration: adapted to your needs

This training is divided in three parts

    • Presentation of the backhoe and its components
    • Examination and maintenance of the backhoe
    • Engine starting and shutdown, parking
    • Planning the work
    • Following the levels
    • Movements (1,2,3,4,5 actions)
    • Flow distribution
    • Working with a transit
    • Ditching, trenching, and cellar digging
    • Object manipulation and installation

    • Mass digging
    • Cutting off the water
    • Digging a parking with front bucket
    • Digging a shallow well test (depth: 15-17 feet)
    • Dump body truck loading techniques
